We are looking for an exceptional Program Director who will oversee project management processes across our organization. This role involves managing complex projects, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive multiple workstreams' success simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, manage timelines, and track progress in real-time
  • Lead cross-functional teams by coordinating with R&D, partnerships, and technical project leads to ensure clear communication, alignment, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain detailed project plans, create and update project timelines, and report on project status and progress
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and resources
  • Assign tasks, oversee resource management, and resolve timing or resource conflicts as they arise
  • Interface with external partners to share project updates, report on milestones, and align expectations
  • IDentify potential project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely communication of risks and changes to project timelines
  • Collaborate with department managers to integrate and streamline efforts across different projects, ensuring organizational efficiency and successful delivery of initiatives
  • Ensure timely execution of assigned projects, meeting deadlines and deliverables
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and PMP certification required
  • Experience with project management software tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on resource optimization and timeline management
