Job Description

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is a leading integrator and managed service provider for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee wireless construction activities, including Construction/Implementation, System Commissioning/Integration and Closeout of Wireless In-Building Networks.

About the Role

This role is part of our New England Operations Team and requires strong technical background with 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunication or engineering construction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project design, scope, and quote, as well as maintaining comprehensive project documentation and managing project dependencies and critical path.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Review and verify project design, scope, and quote
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Determine and assess resources required to complete project scope
  • Develop project schedules, job trackers, safety plan, submittals, and support documentation
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with internal operations team and stakeholders
  • Attend meetings and perform site visits as needed
Requirements
  • Three to five years of project management experience with strong technical background
  • Customer-facing project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Telecommunications and/or Wireless Project Management
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and other project documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio)
