Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough investigations of claims, gathering and analyzing evidence to determine liability and damages.
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of claims.
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve complex claims, including negotiation and settlement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and risk management, to ensure accurate and efficient claims handling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bodily injury liability claim handling or general liability claim handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
