Daily Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales and Service Goals (40%): Consistently apply the Successful Selling methodology while engaging with customers, and promote in-store initiatives and incentives. Utilize reporting tools to monitor and enhance individual performance.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences (40%): Cultivate and sustain meaningful relationships with customers by employing Personal Trade principles. Maintain a strong understanding of sales and service practices through continuous training and coaching. Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain Store Standards (20%): Uphold visual merchandising standards and manage inventory control processes. Follow established plans and schedules while responding swiftly to the evolving needs of the business. Adhere to all operational and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Flexible availability to meet business demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain mobile and walk on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and transport medium to large items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Attributes:

  • A genuine passion for cooking, baking, and entertaining.
  • Experience in specialty retail.
