RN Weekender Flex Position at Cleveland Clinic

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Weekender Flex RN. This role offers a unique opportunity to work a flexible schedule, with two 12-hour shifts per weekend and one 12-hour shift during the week.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, updating, and revising patient care plans as needed.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring and recording patients' conditions, and documenting and communicating with healthcare teams.
- Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs, educating patients and their families on post-discharge care and instructions.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- One year of current acute care RN experience, with consideration given to military RN experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
