Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging activities, games, and projects to promote student development.
- Collaborate with teachers and site managers to provide additional support and feedback to students.
- Supervise students during activities and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of program materials and resources.
- Operate and maintain equipment used in the program.
- Actively participate in program improvement and evaluation.
- Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate activities, materials, and play for early childhood, elementary, and middle-school aged students.
- Prior experience in an elementary, middle school, or early childhood program.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and may be asked to attend special programs or activities outside of the instructional day. The ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs) and frequent climbing are essential requirements of the role.
