Job Title: Educational Support Staff Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Support Staff Member to join our team at Medford School District 549C. As an Educational Support Staff Member, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom, providing instructional support, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist teachers in the classroom as needed, providing instructional support and helping to implement lesson plans.
* Supervise students throughout the school site, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Provide clerical support, including preparing instructional materials and compiling student data.
* Assist students and teachers with various literacy activities, including reading, writing, and mathematics.
* Implement planned activities using teacher-designed methods and materials for individual and small student groups.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
* Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and students.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Working Conditions:**

* Work is performed in a school setting, with frequent interaction with students, teachers, and staff.
* May be required to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
