American Swim Academy, a premier swim instruction center, is in search of a committed Aquatics Manager to oversee our operations. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility, focusing on swim education, member relations, and team leadership.

Position Overview:
  • Supervise daily facility operations and conduct staff training sessions
  • Serve as the communication bridge between management, personnel, and clients
  • Instruct swim classes and offer hands-on training in the water
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in a management role within a service-oriented environment
  • Knowledge and background in aquatics or recreational activities
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly wage: $24.00 plus potential Quarterly Bonus*
