YOUR ROLE:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will focus on delivering solutions to enhance taxpayer satisfaction by efficiently handling incoming calls, conducting research, and resolving inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls in a dynamic call-center setting
  • NO COLD CALLING
  • Maintain effective and timely communication with clients

WORK SCHEDULE & ENVIRONMENT:

  • Initially on-site training, with potential for hybrid work arrangements after training completion, based on performance and business needs.
