Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shop floor departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and schedule shop floor departments to achieve quality, delivery, and profitability targets.
  • Ensure pre-kitting of jobs and implement a setup reduction program to improve efficiency.
  • Provide employee coaching, development, and training to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor employee performance and evaluate their effectiveness in production.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe work environment.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in Aerospace or a similar industry, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and at least 5 years of supervisory experience. They must demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead people and get results, think ahead, and plan over a 30-day period.
