Overview of Job Function:

The Product Manager evaluates web applications with a focus on providing direct, tactical, and actionable recommendations to meet business requirements and improve user experience. Identify the essential qualities of each feature: what's important, what's not, how can we limit cost and risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops to fully understand our client’s business requirements and objectives.
  • Manage a product roadmap from inception through implementation; collect requirements, establish key performance metrics, craft the user experience, and drive execution.
  • Identify, assess and scope product opportunities, drive new feature development.
  • Serve as the primary contact for usability, functionality and design questions, both client and internal facing.
  • Leverage user experience research to identify usability issues and advise clients on solutions.
  • Create high-quality functional specifications documents, wireframes and development roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Usability/ User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, and/or Product Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform complex research studies for challenging client.
  • Detail oriented and produce high quality deliverables.
  • Ability to establish and sustain successful business relationships.
  • Ability to effectively forecast and prioritize use of time and expectations.
  • Experience with usability testing software applications.
