Job Summary

The role involves acting as an internal business consultant, analyzing sales performance to identify discrepancies between established competency models and actual performance levels.

You will present findings, facilitate discussions, identify performance gaps, and assist in implementing solutions to enhance individual and team effectiveness.

Salary Information

The primary pay range for this position is between $82,000 and $123,629.85, with potential for additional earnings based on performance.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience, or extensive professional experience, may also be considered.

Relevant Work Experience

5-7 years of experience in a related field is required.
