Position Summary:
The Service Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the local service operations with minimal supervision. This position is primarily office-based, focusing on the effective management of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervisory Role:
- This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This role combines office work with some field responsibilities, classified as essential, requiring presence in all conditions unless otherwise directed.
Travel Requirements:
- This position involves planned business travel.
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in the dock and door industry is advantageous.
- Must obtain forklift and scissor lift certifications within 30 days and complete OSHA 30 certification training within 60 days of hire.
- Customer service orientation is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership experience is required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Effective listening and situational assessment abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify critical issues promptly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams) is preferred.
