Business Development Manager

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cleanroom Contracting Group, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and other industry professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching new products and market trends.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and materials.
- Provide regular business updates and reports to senior management.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the life science and pharmaceutical industries.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management, business, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, with a focus on the New England and Philadelphia markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
