About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Aspire Bakeries. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure effective and efficient maintenance practices
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance technicians have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing technologies and engineering concepts to continually improve plant performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, including preventive maintenance and root cause analysis
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including maintenance manuals and specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
