- Train and Develop: Serve as a Contact Center orientation trainer and identify and resolve customer problems in an efficient manner.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot online access issues.
- Documentation: Document results as instructed and ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations.
- Teamwork: Work as part of a team and work with on-site equipment.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, Associate Degree in Related Subject preferred.
- Experience: Customer Service Experience preferred, Good Technological Background preferred.
