Position Summary:

The Global HR Service Delivery Director will be responsible for leading and managing the HR Service Delivery function across a global footprint. This role requires relocation to a remote location and working from home to ensure optimal team collaboration and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the HR Service Delivery team ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery across multiple regions, including Europe, Asia, Australia, and the US.

Develop and implement HR service delivery strategies and operating models to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Oversee the performance of the HR Service Delivery team, ensuring clear SLAs and objectives are met.

Collaborate with key stakeholders across Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, and Centres of Expertise teams to ensure cohesive and effective HR operations.

Build and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities in partnership with the HRIS team to provide insights and enable manager self-service.

Foster a high-performance culture focused on team collaboration, continuous improvement, and a superior employee experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in creating and evolving a Global HR Service Delivery model.

Expertise in end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, data management, and compliance.

Successful track record in implementing and managing new HR technologies and operational improvements.

Ability to drive transformational change and scale HR operations through technology and self-service.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior global stakeholders.

Experience in high-growth and fast-paced environments, managing high workloads and conflicting priorities.

Strong customer focus with a passion for employee experience and continuous improvement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
