Position Overview:
The Senior Accounting Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the Accounting Manager and Divisional Controller by executing essential accounting tasks. This includes the prompt and precise preparation of financial reports, account reconciliations, and gross margin analysis for designated departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing accounts receivable and collections.
- Code invoices and set up new accounts.
- Provide necessary support to external and internal auditors, as well as tax accountants, by compiling relevant account information and documentation.

- Aid Client Billing in addressing client inquiries regarding financial data and analysis requests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Duties:
- Conduct month-end general ledger accounting and gross margin reporting, which includes standard journal entries, accruals, account reviews, P&L assessments, and activity reporting for management.
- Ensure timely completion of balance sheet account reconciliations along with the necessary supporting documentation.

- Offer financial support, tax analysis, and metric reporting for Client Accounting and the parent organization as required.
- Collaborate with the Internal Audit team concerning quarterly balance sheet reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and various policy evaluations.
- Engage in miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
- Experience: 0-2 years in a related field.

- Proficient knowledge of specific job skills.
- Related job experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of general financial accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
