The Lead Pastry Chef is responsible for the meticulous preparation and artistic presentation of a variety of baked goods, confections, and dessert offerings across multiple dining venues, including but not limited to banquets, fine dining establishments, and in-room dining services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the pastry kitchen to ensure the highest quality of products.
2. Develop innovative dessert menus that align with the culinary vision of Highgate Hotels.
3. Train and mentor junior pastry staff, fostering a collaborative and creative kitchen environment.
4. Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with necessary ingredients.

Qualifications:
