We have recently expanded to the DFW and Houston areas, and our skilled and capable staff confidently assists customers with their heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation, service, and repair needs.

A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager, you will arrive each day ready to work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service. Most of your day will be spent in an office environment on the phone or computer, interacting with clients and dispatching service calls to field technicians.

You will schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You will forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track.

Over the phone, you will inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified ahead of time about any delays. And, as necessary, you will reschedule appointments. You will feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.

Customer Service Manager Qualifications
  • Experience in SAGE
  • Able to work weekends and evenings
  • Computer proficient
  • Dispatcher/Call Center experience preferred
  • ServiceTitan working knowledge preferred

Familiarity with the HVAC and Plumbing trades would be a plus, but we will train the right person. Are you dependable? Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively? Do you have good communication skills, both verbally and written? Are you attentive to detail? Are you friendly and patient? If so, you may be perfect for this role.
