The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and experience in leading sales and delivery engagement with existing clients, identifying new opportunities within their network, and being involved in leading commercial proposals within their Business Unit, with the support of team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consulting
    • Provide expert guidance on work and time management, problem-solving analysis, effective utilization of tools and methodologies, idea presentation, meeting facilitation, team collaboration, and customer relationship management.
    • Oversee multiple projects and program management while supporting team members; Provide guidance to managers in complex situations; Lead strategic meetings and knowledge sharing.
  • Business Expertise
    • Contribute to the development of new strategic solutions and provide valuable insights to enhance organizational decision-making.
    • Act as a subject matter expert and key player in cultivating expertise and representing Sia Partners.
  • Business Development
    • Generate a Minimum Revenue of $1.5 million and Manage a Minimum Revenue of $1 million.
    • Actively participate in go-to-market and origination, enhance brand awareness, and build reputational capital for Sia Partners.
  • People Management
    • Supervise project teams, set goals, coach and evaluate consultants, identify and resolve internal issues, and develop Senior Managers.
  • Leadership
    • Offer guidance and inspiration to consultants, actively participate in the BU SteerCo.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of management consulting experience, with 4 years in team management and business development/sales.
  • Required: Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Business/Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, etc.
  • Prior experience with cyber-related projects, focusing on topics such as Cybersecurity requirements, IT policies, Third party risk management, Penetration testing, Cloud security, Data mapping, Incident response, and Cryptography.
  • Proficient in applying knowledge of data protection regulations and laws, familiar with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed personal revenue goals through client delivery, ability to close sales and provide valuable solutions to complex issues.
  • Skilled in developing relationships with C-Suite and senior executives, understanding organizational needs, and proposing valuable solutions.
  • Based in New York, eligible to work in the United States.
