About the Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a skilled cybersecurity professional to fill the position of Lead Information Security Analyst in Technology as part of its Cybersecurity team. This critical role plays a vital part in protecting the company's information assets and maintaining the highest standards of security.

The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the Cybersecurity team, working closely with the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) and Technical Information Security Officer (TISO) to drive down risk and manage the company's cyber posture. This position offers hands-on experience, working alongside senior leads and BISO/TISO to proactively address cybersecurity challenges and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert cybersecurity guidance to business stakeholders, analyzing complex security issues and developing effective solutions.
  • Represent the cyber domain, ensuring a deep understanding of cybersecurity risks, priorities, and initiatives.
  • Serve the cybersecurity needs of CIO teams, proactively anticipating risks and providing timely solutions to address challenges.
  • Collaborate with BISO/TISO and team members to deliver commitments aligned with cyber strategic, tactical, and operational priorities.
  • Apply a deep understanding of cybersecurity domains to identify opportunities for continuous risk-based improvement.
  • Interface with various stakeholders, including business leaders, external agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry forums.
  • Consult with the organization on complex security issues and findings, evaluating and interpreting internal and companywide information security policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
  • Well-versed experience and knowledge across the cybersecurity domains.
  • Clear, articulate written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is between $111,100 and $237,100, depending on factors such as achievements, skills, experience, and work location.
