Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for community benefit programs, ensuring alignment with our organization's mission and values.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement community benefit initiatives, including partnerships with hospitals, service lines, and community stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community benefit programs, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures related to community benefit programs.
  • Provide education and training to staff and community partners on community benefit programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in management-level positions, with a focus on community benefit programs and partnerships.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful community benefit programs, with a focus on improving health outcomes and reducing health disparities.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community partners, hospitals, and service lines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
