We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing education programs for clinical employees across the health system.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement education programs that align with sound curriculum design principles.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to identify education needs and develop targeted training programs.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clinical employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Manage and coordinate education projects, including curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in nursing and education.
- Project management experience, preferably 2+ years.
- Current RN license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
