We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of education programs for clinical employees across the health system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality education programs that meet the needs of clinical employees
- Develop and implement curriculum design principles for all clinical employees
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify education needs and develop solutions
- Manage and evaluate education programs to ensure effectiveness
Requirements:
- Master's degree in nursing or related field
- 6 years related experience - RN and Education
- Project management experience (2+ years highly preferred)
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
