Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of education programs for clinical employees across the health system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality education programs that meet the needs of clinical employees
  • Develop and implement curriculum design principles for all clinical employees
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify education needs and develop solutions
  • Manage and evaluate education programs to ensure effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in nursing or related field
  • 6 years related experience - RN and Education
  • Project management experience (2+ years highly preferred)
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
