Job Title: Commission Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission Sales Associate to join our team at The Tile Shop, Inc. As a Commission Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively greet customers and develop lasting relationships through courtesy and professionalism
  • Conduct follow-up customer communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations and drive sales growth
  • Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers and provide expert advice
  • Track store orders and provide customers with product updates to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Present yourself in a professional manner at all times, including evenings and weekends
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations and achieve sales goals
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced, commission sales environment
  • Open to learning and growing independently and from feedback to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Ability to work well under high pressure, multitask, and maintain attention to detail and organization
  • Sense of design and ability to understand various styles, colors, and textures
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills, as well as ability to read, write, and speak in English
