Coastal Club Server and Mixologist

Position Summary:

As a Bartender/Server at the esteemed Sandestin Investments LLC's Private Beach Club, you will be instrumental in creating memorable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of exquisite beverages while ensuring top-notch service for our discerning clientele. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist as a server when necessary, demonstrating your adaptability and dedication to providing a flawless dining experience. This role requires proficiency in both bartending and food service throughout the Club.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Beverage Preparation:
   • Craft and serve an extensive selection of drinks, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options.
   • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the beverage offerings, providing accurate and appealing recommendations to guests.
   • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies as required.
   • Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at the bar for guests.
2. Guest Interaction:
   • Welcome and engage with guests in a courteous, professional, and attentive manner.
   • Accurately take and process drink orders in a timely fashion.
   • Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
   • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety protocols.
3. Service Duties:
   • Assist as a server when needed, providing seamless service during busy periods.
   • Guide guests with menu choices and dietary considerations.
   • Deliver food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
   • Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to facilitate efficient service.
4. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with fellow bartenders, servers, and the entire Beach Club team to foster a cohesive work environment.
   • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
   • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume setting.
• In-depth knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist as a server when required.
• TIPS or equivalent responsible beverage service certification is advantageous.
• Must meet legal age requirements and comply with all relevant alcohol service regulations.
• Physical stamina and the capability to stand for extended periods.
