Role Overview

As a Front Desk / Concierge professional, you will create memorable experiences for our guests and owners by embodying the spirit of our brand, property, and community. Your dedication to exceptional guest service will ensure a remarkable journey for our owners from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Residences, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Overseeing daily operations while ensuring adherence to service standards with a friendly and engaging approach
  • Managing the Owner arrival and departure experiences, addressing requests and concerns promptly to create unforgettable moments
  • Conducting home inspections to ensure Owner residences meet quality and cleanliness standards
  • Performing light housekeeping and maintenance tasks as needed
  • Handling Manager on Duty and Night Audit procedures
  • Acting as a proud ambassador for the property and brand, promoting our facilities
  • Adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Following all health and safety protocols
  • Executing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Previous experience in hotel or residential property settings
  • Familiarity with hotel operating systems
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Exceptional guest service skills and polished verbal communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • High level of responsibility and reliability
  • Ability to maintain composure and courtesy while focusing on guest needs
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing and walking throughout shifts
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
  • Occasional climbing of ladders, stairs, and ramps
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.
Visa Requirements: Candidates must provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States. Employment is contingent upon the ability to present acceptable documentation within three days of hire.
