Role Overview

As a Front Desk / Concierge professional, you will transform moments into lasting memories for our guests and owners by serving as a brand ambassador. Your dedication to personalized guest service will create an extraordinary experience for each owner. You will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our Owners and Guests from their arrival to their departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations while ensuring adherence to service standards with a friendly and engaging approach
  • Manage the arrival and departure experiences for Owners, addressing requests and concerns promptly to create memorable moments
  • Conduct home inspections to ensure Owner residences meet quality and cleanliness standards
  • Perform light housekeeping and maintenance tasks as needed
  • Handle Manager on Duty and Night Audit responsibilities
  • Act as a proud ambassador for the property and brand, promoting our facilities
  • Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Follow health and safety protocols
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Previous work experience in hotel or residential property settings
  • Familiarity with hotel operating systems
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Exceptional guest service skills and articulate verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Dependable and responsible
  • Ability to maintain composure and courtesy while focusing on guest needs
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing and walking throughout shifts
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
  • Occasional climbing of ladders, stairs, and ramps
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Visa Requirements: Proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States is required. Employment is contingent upon your ability to provide acceptable documentation within three days of hire.
