Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at JoAnn. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales through advanced product knowledge, innovative merchandising, and effective communication with customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other Team Members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
