Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Analyst to join our team at Capital Group. As an Order Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely implementation of equity investment orders across various vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Manage operational risk by performing and enhancing key controls to ensure investment orders adhere to established guidelines.
- Resolve operational and compliance-related issues in a fast-paced environment, working closely with key partners such as the investment group, trading, legal, and other operational teams.
- Work with portfolio managers and research analysts to enable the investment process, including supporting investment calls, facilitating portfolio manager/analyst transitions, and responding to general queries.
- Identify opportunities to re-engineer and automate processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Action-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Highly skilled in multitasking and able to exercise good judgment in managing competing priorities.
- Exceptional understanding of risk management and overall control environment.
- High learning agility and ability to adapt to new technology quickly.
- Experience with order management systems like Charles River (CRD) is a plus.
Capital Group offers a highly competitive base salary range of $124,606-$199,370, as well as an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
