Order Entry Specialist/Customer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Entry Specialist/Customer Service professional to join our team at Wolfpack Drivers, Inc.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cohesively with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Provide world-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, building trust and rapport through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize NetSuite system and MS Office products to manage orders, track customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed to ensure the success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service and order entry/processing environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite system and MS Office products, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Typing speed of 45+ wpm with a high accuracy rate.
  • Ability to sit, walk, and stand for long periods of time, with regular breaks as needed.
  • Reliable and able to work full-time and overtime hours, as required.
