Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Expert to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our Global Risk Analytics (GRA) and Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our risk models and reporting systems.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for managing and supervising small groups, monitoring and remediating incoming data used in risk measurement and reporting, and ensuring the completeness, validity, and accuracy of data on a daily basis.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise small groups.
  • Monitor and remediate incoming data used in risk measurement and reporting.
  • Ensure the completeness, validity, and accuracy of data on a daily basis.
  • Work with business data users to define the use of data within risk systems.
  • Work closely with technology to ensure the timely and accurate operation of risk models and reporting systems.
  • Implement effective risk controls of our data processes and systems.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing of data control processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above in fields including but not limited to: Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Process and Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Accounting, Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation creation and delivery skills.
  • Experience with structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience utilizing tools such as Hadoop and Trino.
  • Deep understanding of databases and table structures.
  • Proficient in SQL/Python.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Benefits

Bank of America offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
