ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Senior Wellness Consultant, you will collaborate closely with the studio Owner to enhance membership sales and ensure our members' satisfaction and loyalty. You will act as both a sales and operational leader during your shifts, overseeing a team of Wellness Advisors while delivering outstanding customer service to assist clients with class selections, membership questions, and merchandise purchases. We seek an individual who is passionate about engaging with our community and nurturing a vibrant YogaSix family.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented with a positive demeanor
  • Demonstrated success in sales and providing exceptional customer service
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales objectives
  • Enjoys working collaboratively within a team
  • Quick learner with the ability to utilize studio technologies such as Club Ready and LoyalSnap
  • Excellent communication skills in English across various platforms
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiar with technology, including Microsoft Excel and social media
  • Willingness to participate in special events and training sessions as needed
  • Part-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the complete sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing
  • Exceed sales targets established by the Owner
  • Oversee the operational and sales activities of Wellness Advisors
  • Provide training, coaching, and support for Wellness Advisors
  • Conduct studio tours for potential clients to build relationships and drive sales
  • Stay updated on products, programs, and pricing to effectively promote offerings
  • Uphold the studio's mission as a provider of wellness services
  • Schedule quality appointments to achieve monthly sales goals
  • Engage in community events to enhance studio visibility and attract new clients
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, secure, and welcoming studio environment
  • Take initiative in improving sales skills
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This role involves physical demands essential for successful performance
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends during peak times
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, as well as reach, bend, lift, kneel, and drive
  • Capability to lift weights up to 40 pounds and navigate stairs
