Job Summary

The Sales Manager OEM is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales goals for Dua Miami, a standout Autograph Collection Hotel in the heart of Miami's Brickell district. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales tours and entertain clients to showcase the hotel's amenities and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Approach all interactions with guests and employees in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality's established regulations, company standards, and sales metrics.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the hotel's operations and policies to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain strong visibility in the local community and industry organizations.
  • Assist in implementing and participating in special promotions and sales initiatives.
  • Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, as well as other functions required by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel sales experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
  • Developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence other managerial personnel, hotel guests, and/or corporate clients.
  • Experience with professional selling skills, including opening, probing, supporting, and closing.
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
