Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Naples Hotel Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the operations team to deliver revenue results
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
