**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead and coordinate the activities of the Mobile Crisis Response Team during daytime hours.
* Provide guidance, support, and supervision to team members, ensuring effective and timely crisis intervention.
* Conduct regular team check-ins and facilitate communication among team members.
* Oversee and participate in crisis intervention services, including assessment, de-escalation, and stabilization of individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
* Ensure appropriate and timely responses to crisis calls and referrals.
* Collaborate with other UCAN programs and community partners to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services.
* Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and other community resources as needed.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
* Licensure (LSW, LPC, or equivalent) preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in crisis intervention or mental health services.
* Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
**Working Environment:**
* Must be available to work during daytime hours with some flexibility as needed. Ability to travel within the service area as needed. Work may involve exposure to high-risk situations and emotionally charged environments.
