Job Opportunity

The Jake Davis Agency LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in a remote insurance sales position. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers to sell our life insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to effectively promote and sell our products.
  • Record and document prospect interactions and track goal attainment in our available systems.
Requirements:
  • Some experience in sales is preferred but not required.
  • Must be willing to obtain state license if selected for the position.
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
  • Hard work, good work ethic, and self-driven.
  • Be Coachable.
  • Able to organize and manage a consistent schedule and timeline.
  • Able to work remotely.
  • Pursuit of personal growth by participating in virtual training, self-improvement, virtual meetings, conferences, and online trainings.
