We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Tony's Plumbing Service. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Salary: $22 per hour, based on experience

Schedule Options:

  • Full-time: Monday-Friday, 11:00 am-7:30 pm
  • Part-time: Monday-Tuesday, Wednesday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm
  • Part-time: Thursday-Friday, Saturday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, text, and chat
  • Utilize ServiceTitan (CRM) to schedule appointments for technicians and maintain service schedules
  • Collaborate with dispatchers to ensure efficient scheduling and resolution of customer issues
  • Provide follow-up services to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

  • Relevant experience in customer service, reception, or call center roles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of CRM software and scheduling systems
