Customer Service Representative

Tony's Plumbing Service is a dynamic and technology-focused company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice and face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, texts, and chats.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
We offer a competitive salary of $20-24 per hour, based on experience, and a range of benefits, including paid time off, 401(k) with 4% matching, health insurance, life insurance, and an amazing team environment. Our schedules include full-time and part-time options, with varying shifts to accommodate different needs.

Schedule Options:
- Full-time: Monday-Friday, 11:00 am-7:30 pm
- Part-time: Monday-Tuesday, Wednesday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm
- Part-time: Thursday-Friday, Saturday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, text, and chat
- Utilize ServiceTitan (CRM) to schedule appointments for technicians and maintain service schedules
- Collaborate with dispatchers to ensure efficient scheduling and resolution of customer issues
- Provide follow-up services to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in customer service, reception, or call center roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of CRM software and scheduling systems
