Job Overview

Position Summary

The Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the QA Manager in maintaining the standards of quality assurance within the operations of Music City Prep Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance with quality assurance standards and procedures, identifying any discrepancies and reporting them to the QA Manager.
  • Provide assistance to staff regarding inquiries related to clinic standards and operational procedures.
  • Analyze feedback and complaints regarding patient services, received through various channels, and promptly communicate any negative findings to the QA Manager for further action.
  • Implement resolutions for negative patient feedback as directed by the QA Manager, which may involve formal investigation processes to identify areas for service enhancement.
  • Escalate critical patient complaints to the QA Manager for appropriate resolution.
  • Collect and compile data to generate management reports from various sources for statistical evaluation, presenting findings to the QA Manager.
  • Keep the QA Manager updated on the progress of assigned tasks on a daily basis.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the QA Manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience: One to two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
