Compensation

$20.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and scheduled pay increases.

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with disabilities in our residential programs.

As a DSP, you will provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills to our persons served, increasing their independence.

The job may include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, and assistance with personal cares.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • Valid Driver's License and consistent access to a vehicle is required
  • Successful candidates will meet all Oregon State Department of Human Services requirements
