About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to drive sales success in our Truck Care facilities through leadership, technical skills, and outstanding customer service. As a key member of management, you will combine your technical and managerial expertise to lead service centers and progress towards becoming a Truck Care General Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and clean facility, ensuring a positive experience for customers and employees alike.
- Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, obtain necessary approvals, and process payments efficiently.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide comprehensive explanations of completed work, handling any concerns or complaints professionally.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license with a clean safety record.
- The ability to pass a drug screening and medical exam as per regulations.
