Billing Resolution Expert

North Point is seeking a skilled Billing Resolution Expert to join our team.

This role involves working with customers to resolve unpaid accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a solid understanding of billing procedures.

• Develop and implement strategies to resolve unpaid accounts
• Process payments and update customer records in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve outstanding balances
• Collaborate with internal teams to initiate collection proceedings or disconnect services
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer account status

• Previous experience in billing, customer service, or related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
