Position Overview:
As a Family and Youth Support Coordinator, you will collaborate with families of children experiencing significant emotional challenges. Your role will involve engaging them in a family-focused treatment strategy that highlights their strengths, resources, and requirements.

This strategy will guide you in offering counseling, mentorship, connecting to additional community resources, and performing ongoing evaluations of progress or changes.

You will work autonomously with clients while receiving regular supportive supervision.

This position includes participation in a rotating on-call service for foster caregivers, managed via phone, virtually, or in-person as necessary.

$45,000/year competitive salary

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services related field
Current or willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification within thirty (30) days of employment
Experience in connecting with local resources for educational/vocational and recreational support for youth counseling
Valid State Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
If relocating, an Illinois driver’s license must be obtained within thirty (30) days of employment.
