Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration:

Take charge of our payroll processes, ensuring that every paycheck is precise and delivered punctually, thus maintaining employee satisfaction and adherence to all regulatory requirements.


Record Keeping & Oversight:

Your keen attention to detail will be crucial as you manage and update payroll records within our ERP system, ensuring accuracy at all times.


Team Collaboration:

Engage with our executive team to devise and execute payroll strategies that align with our ambitious organizational objectives.


Data Analysis:

Lead the generation and examination of payroll reports, offering insightful analyses and recommendations that foster ongoing enhancements.


Issue Resolution:

Address challenges proactively, collaborating across departments to identify effective solutions and maintain smooth operations.


Regulatory Compliance:

Stay informed and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax reporting and filings.


Qualifications:

Experience:

We require a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.


Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is highly desirable.


Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Exceptional data entry skills with a focus on detail.

Compensation:

Pay:

$34.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
