About the Job:

We are seeking a talented Omaha Fire Safety Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the safety of buildings and their occupants.

Responsibilities:

  • System Design: Design and implement fire alarm and special hazard systems to meet client needs.
  • Installation: Independently install fire alarm and special hazard systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain fire extinguishers to ensure they are functioning correctly.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in fire alarm, security, low voltage, and/or systems maintenance is preferred.
  • NICET I Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Alarm Test & Inspect, or Special Hazards (or equivalent certification) is highly desirable.
  • Strong reading, writing, and math skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively is crucial.
