Job Overview:

Sales and Commercial Objectives:
As a District Manager, your primary goal will be to achieve sales and commercial objectives across assigned districts. This involves working closely with the sales team to identify customer and competitor insights, market and industry challenges, and applying POC product solutions to drive long-term strategies and foster enduring customer relationships.

Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of diagnostics, point of care (POC), lab, or capital equipment sales experience. Additionally, you should have 3+ years of experience leading, developing, training, and mentoring direct reports, as well as strong MS Office skills and proficiency in using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
