This position can be based in either our Plymouth, MN or St Paul, MN locations, supporting our Structural Heart medical device team. Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Demand Manager to lead the U.S. forecasting and S&OP process in collaboration with the finance, commercial, supply chain, and marketing organizations. The role will be responsible for driving process improvements, product lifecycle planning strategies, commercial strategy modeling, field inventory management, management of systems and metrics to measure performance in these areas.
- Own and lead the monthly S&OP process, inclusive of the US Demand Reviews and Regional S&OP meeting with US Executive Leadership, KPI performance, root cause analysis, and solution creation.
- Provide leadership and partner with key stakeholders to drive consensus around the forecast, commercial plans, and action plans to address challenges.
- Develop demand plans with commercial, marketing, and finance teams based on assumptions, business trends, commercial and marketing strategies, and sales pipeline.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, supply chain, finance-related field, or equivalent.
- 6+ years of progressively more responsible work experience.
- Experience building processes, problem-solving, and managing change.
- Proven analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Tableau, PowerBI, or other visualization tool utilization experience.
- Commercial, marketing, and/or business experience.
The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on location. In addition to competitive compensation, you'll enjoy comprehensive benefits, including free medical coverage, tuition reimbursement, and an excellent retirement savings plan.
