About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Oncology Nurse Navigator. As a seasoned registered nurse with a passion for oncology care, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive comprehensive, compassionate support throughout their cancer journey.

The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in oncology nursing, with a strong focus on case management, clinical trials, or navigation. A National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also required. If not already certified, obtaining an OCN certification within 18 months of hire is essential.

What You'll Do
  1. Provide expert guidance and support to patients and families navigating the complexities of cancer care.
  2. Triage physical, psychological, and social needs, offering interventions and referrals as needed to ensure seamless care coordination.
  3. Promote education and empowerment among patients, fostering informed decision-making and improved understanding of treatment plans.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery, identifying opportunities for process improvements and best practices.

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $56.45 per hour (based on a $114,958 annual salary), plus additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses.
